DESCRIPTION:Monday\, June 8\n8 a.m. — 3 p.m.\nat Island’s End Golf Club\n5025 Main Road\, Greenport\, NY 11944\nPurchase: Golf • Sponsorships • DonationsThe event begins with a Continental breakfast\, then\, the Pride Golf tournament\, followed by the Post-Golf Celebration Lunch on Island’s End patio at the golf course. Lunch includes a buffet lunch\, a cash bar\, the Awards Ceremony\, and lots of fun. We will also have a 50/50 raffle and chance auction prizes! \nThe golf portion of the event is an 18-hole tournament with prizes for: \n\n\n\n\n\nLongest drive\nClosest to the pin\nBest foursome score\n\n\n\n\n\nWe want everyone to be part of the fun so our tournament will run as a “Scramble” competition. All players in your foursome hit the ball and then you all move to your team’s best shot for your next shot. There is only one score for the team. So\, if you play just a couple of times a year\, or if are not a great golfer\, you can still participate and be part of helping your team! \nBe a Sponsor!\nIf you would like to become a Sponsor and help support the event at a higher level (and see your name or company name – or maybe a photo of your pet on a golf cart or tee box) please consider becoming a Sponsor with their varying benefits for each level of support. You don't need to play golf to be a sponsor. \nOur hope for this event is to have our community get together and enjoy the day\, but our main hope is to raise funds to support those in need within the North Fork Women community..
