Attend a private tour of the Custer Institute and Observatory on Friday, March 3, 2023

Join us for our March First Friday Friends at the first of two locations:

At 5:30 we meet at the Custer Institute & Observatory with the amazing Justine Haupt, Director of Radio Astronomy at the Custer Institute and Brookhaven National Laboratory. Click here to read about Justine. She will provide a fascinating talk with Q&A at this special event just for North Fork Women! The tour will be guided by specialists in the Observatory Dome and ground-level telescopes (weather permitting.)

Arrive at 5:30 for the talk and viewing until 6-ish, then head just down the road to Taps and Corks for food and drink!
